SRU Justification:

[Impact]

* bf5f226e053637f6b5d0ba86827eedbd0a63690e introduced a syntax error
  that makes the rtctest unbuildable.

[Fix]

* The fix removes the duplicated fprintf call.

[Test Plan]

* It was tested in a clean VM.

[Where problems could occur]

* No regression expected and the scope is in this specific selftest.
