LTP fork updated - 20230629

Hello folks,

I have finished the test for our updated LTP fork, with our Oracle
kernels in Oracle cloud from B-oracle-5.4 to L-oracle.

With recent respins coming to an end, now it's a good timing to push
this change out.

Rebased on top of upstream head commit:
3ebc2dfa85 LTP 20230516

I will restart tests for sru-20230612 and try to update hints for
these later with report ready, please let us know if you have found
any new issue.
