[Impact]
It was discovered that a race condition existed in Adreno GPU DRM driver in the
Linux kernel, leading to a double-free vulnerability. A local attacker could
use this to cause a denial of service (system crash).

Clean cherry pick.

[Test]
Compile and boot tested.

[Potential Regression]
Regression potential should be low.
