[Impact]
when unmuting mic, there is no sound output after resuming or rebooting. unless mute and unmute the mic again.

[Test Plan]
1. compile test.
2. boot into the system and unmute the mic by alsamixer.
3. reboot or suspend/resume
4. make sure there is sound from the speaker.

[Regression potential]
low. testing and code logic semantics.
