Rejected for the following reasons:
The HWE teams use (or not use) of the handle format to specify which
kernels should get a patch applied together with the information from
the bug report make it impossible to guess the target(s) of this. Is
this for jammy:linux AND jammy:linux-oem-6.1 or just for
jammy:linux-oem-6.1?
