SRU Justification

[Impact]

Miscrosoft has requested the inclusion of 5 patches in order to implement TDX with
HCL. These patches will almost certainly be replaced over time by upstream commits.

[Test Plan]

Microsoft tested.

1) TDX with the paravisor. Note: Hyper-V team is adding some hypervisor bugfixes for this scenario.
2) TDX without the paravisor.
3) SNP with the paravisor.
4) VBS.
5) Regular VM.

[Regression Potential]

TDX might not work in certain scenarios, e.g., TDX when HCL is present and glibc has not been updated. See SF: #00352899.
