stress-ng fork updated to V0.16.01+

Hello folks,

I have our stress-ng fork updated to 9f05693323 (V0.16.01 with fix to
cyclic tests on arm64 / s390x)

This version has been tested on our bare-metal / openstack pool with
all available architectures / kernels in s20230612 cycle.

As the update from Colin this time contains a security related issue I
won't paste it here. If you're interested in the content please
contact Andrea, Paolo or me.
