[Impact]
HDMI port through type-c stops working after reboot

[Fix]
adding the correct ddc pin mapping and eliminate the warn log about ownership.

[Test Plan]
* Compile tested
* Boot on an Intel ADL-N CRB and give a test on each function

[Where problems could occur]
Low, the fix limits to adl-n (adl-p) series.
