LTP fork updated - 20231214

Hello folks,

I have finished the test for our updated LTP fork, with our openstack
cloud from T-lts to M.

Rebased on top of upstream head commit:
776b579848 rwtest: Remove df symlink check

Update Note:
  * This update fixes the following issues
    - LP: #2044510 memcontrol02, memcontrol03, memcontrol04 in
ubuntu_ltp_controllers failed with "filesystem must be larger than
300MB." when testing XFS
    - LP: #2023561 cgroup in ubuntu_ltp_controllers failed with
J-oracle (TBROK: 'tst_cgctl require' exited)
    - LP: #1986636 cpuset tests in ubuntu_ltp_controllers failed with
"Could not mount cgroup filesystem with cpuset on /dev/cpuset"
    - LP: #2024161 fs_fill in fs from ubuntu_ltp reports TBROK on XFS
    - LP: #2023749 fanotify14 in ubuntu_ltp_syscalls failed with
F-oracle (TFAIL: fanotify_init(tc->init.flags, O_RDONLY) failed:
EINVAL (22))
  * This update is known to have the following issues:
    - LP: #2046148 pkey01, futex_wake04 and memfd_create03 from
ubuntu_ltp_syscalls failed with kvm kernel (Fail to open
/proc/sys/vm/compact_memory for writing)
    - LP: #2046096 ioctl01 from ubuntu_ltp_syscalls failed on PowerPC
with 4.15+ (termios test timeout)
    - LP: #2045968 mmap04 from ubuntu_ltp_syscalls failed with T-lts
    - LP: #2045967 pipe15 from ubuntu_ltp_syscalls failed with T-lts / X
