stress-ng fork updated to V0.17.03+

Hello folks,

I have our stress-ng fork updated to 05a79229a9 (V0.17.03 till commit
for the fix for vma test [1])

This version has been tested on our bare-metal / openstack pool with
all available architectures / kernels in s2023.10.02 and 2023.10.30
cycle.
