[SRU][M][PATCH 00/12] Config updates for riscv64

Hi devel,

Here are some assorted riscv64 config changes I'm hoping you'll merge
into the 6.5 Mantic kernel so I don't need to carry them in linux-riscv.
The first two patches are generic changes aligning riscv64 with the other
architectures and enabling virtually mapped stacks again now that Alexandre
Ghiti fixed the bug.
The rest of the changes are there to support the Allwinner D1 and
StarFive JH7110 SoCs. I'll forward/backport more drivers for these chips
in mantic:linux-riscv, but these are just the changes needed for the
config options that are already upstream.
