[B/F/I/J][K/Unstable][OEM-5.14/OEM-5.17][PATCH 0/2] Remove SAUCE patches from test_vxlan_under_vrf.sh in net of ubuntu_kernel_selftests

[Impact]
test_vxlan_under_vrf.sh should not be failing anymore with patches
submitted to fix it in bug 1871015 (unless it's a kernel config
related issue).

With the regression-testing result hinting system available, we should
remove the SAUCE patches that mark "underlay in a VRF" test failure as
an expected failure to catch regressions in the future. This could
reduce maintenance cost as well.

[Fix]
Revert the following patches:
* UBUNTU: SAUCE: selftests: net: Make test for VXLAN underlay in non-default VRF an expected failure
* UBUNTU: SAUCE: selftests: net: Don't fail test_vxlan_under_vrf on xfail

[Test]
Patched test script tested with F/I/J/F-oem-5.14/J-oem-5.17. I have
also modify the test case to fail it deliberately to verify this
change, it works as expected.

[Where problems could occur]
Change limit to test cases, should not have any real impact to any
kernel functions. We may see failures reported from this test in
our SRU regression-testing report in the future, but it means we're
doing the right thing.
