[Focal][Impish][OEM-5.14][SRU][PATCHv2 0/2] Fix kselftests/net/test_vxlan_under_vrf.sh

I just realized that this patchset should be applied to Focal kernel
as well.

These two patches can be cherry-picked (the second one needs to be
applied with -C2 as well) like Impish.
