How to compile the Ubuntu kernel

Hi!

It seems https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/BuildYourOwnKernel is outdated.

1. It advises to download the kernel from
git://kernel.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ubuntu-disco.git which doesn't exist.

2. So I downloaded from
git://git.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-kernel/ubuntu/+source/linux/+git/jammy
but trying to compile with
"LANG=C fakeroot debian/rules binary" but debian/rules does not exist.

Could you update the page and/or give me a pointer how to compile the kernel?
