[SRU][Jammy:linux-intel-iotg][PATCH v2 0/1] Ubuntu Server lose connection when download >1G large file

[Impact]
WW Field test reported Foxconn T99W175 5G module lose connection issue when download > 1G large file.
Similar issue can also be reproduced on Quectel EM160 4G test.

[Where problems could occur]
This issue will randomly occur when device download speed reach to a certain value (60Mbps ~ 100Mbps) in Linux host. And once the issue happened, need to reboot system to recover.

For linux-intel-iotg, we only need to cherry-pick patch from linux mainline to setup mru default of Quectel EM1xx series.
