Beats me. Upstream 4.19.y does though, which was my original target
for this backport. I included the ia64 patch here for completeness
because it Fixes: a patch earlier in the series. To be clear, while I
did test that this builds on ia64 in 4.19.y, I didn't bother test
building the bionic tree on ia64.
