[PATCH Jammy 0/1] Fix ima_policy build failure

ima_policy is failing to build on ppc64el because of backport of commit
89677197ae70 ("ima: Do not print policy rule with inactive LSM labels").

This is caused by a change in ima_rule_entry from SAUCE commit "LSM:
Create and manage the lsmblob data structure."

The following patch fixes it.
