stress-ng fork updated to 5239ae6c (V0.14.02)

Hello folks,

I have our stress-ng fork updated to 5239ae6c (V0.14.02)
Apart from tests covered by Colin, this version has been tested on our
bare-metal pool with kernels in 20220530 cycle.

Here is the note from Colin for this update:

It contains 3 new stressors:

        --gpu           a GPU stressor (if /dev/dri/renderD128 exists)
        --touch         stressor to exercise open/create/close/unlink
        --mprotect      stressor to exercise the mprotect() system call
