APPLIED/cmnt: [SRU] [linux-firmware] [J] [PULL v4] ath11k: Add firmware files for WCN6856

Applied to linux-firmware jammy branch.

It seems the two PRs for F and J are identical. In the future, please send
only a single PR for both releases instead of two separate/identical ones.
That helps to cut down on the time to do reviews.
