APPLIED/cmnt: [SRU][linux-firmware][Focal][PULL] Add Intel IPU6 MIPI camera fw for Alder Lake platform

Applied to linux-firmware focal branch.

Note that I've modified the 'backported from' line to:
(backported from e60fae2b5128cf5b8b948b234dab28e58c93877 github.com/intel/ipu6-camera-bins)

The convention is:
