[Impact]

Azure blob driver adds support for accelerated access to Azure Blob storage for
Azure VMs. Azure host uses its native network to perform Blob requests directly
to Blob servers.

Microsoft tested

[Where things could go wrong]

There should be little chance of regression since this is a new elective module.
