kernel-ppa/mainline builds have been failing for weeks

In particular, all builds of the kernel for amd64 beyond kernel v6.0.9 have
been failing for weeks now. I don't know who is responsible for maintaining
the state of the kernel-ppa, but figured that this mailing list would be a
good place to start / point of contact.

Specifically as of this post, the following kernel builds are all broken:

https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v6.0.11/amd64/
https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v6.0.12/amd64/
https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v6.0.13/amd64/
https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v6.0.14/amd64/
https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v6.0.15/amd64/
https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v6.1/amd64/
https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v6.1.1/amd64/

If this message could get forwarded to the right person/people, that
maintain the kernel-ppa, I as well as others that would like to install
newer kernels on our Ubuntu system, would greatly appreciate it.
