The laptop is under developing by ODM, so I can't use apport-bug to 
upload all information.

Locally build bluetooth-next and tested with linux-firmware 
(20220329.git681281e4-0ubuntu3.7), the bluetooth function works fine.

It's my bad to add the firmware bug in this description, I'll modify the 
description and send out v2.
