NACK: [SRU][PULL][Jammy:linux-intel-iotg] Request to include latest bug fixes and patches

Hi Jian, the patches that came from the Intel github quilt repo don't
have any provenience from where they came from.

I know that most of them aren't upstream, so you can't take them with a
sha of where they were cherry-picked from, but maybe tag them as
UBUNTU: SAUCE: as they will be up-streamed at some point.

You could put a reference to the tag in the quilt-repo where the change
came from, and perhaps the file name as well.  I'm not sure the best
way to handle this, but we should have some info on where the change
came from.
