[SRU][Jammy:linux-intel-iotg][PATCH 0/1] Fix overflow in stmmac driver

[Impact]
* There is an overflow in the stmmac driver which is preventing the jammy
  server image for linux-intel-iotg from installing.  This has been fixed
  up stream, so this is bringing that patch in.

* The linux-intel-iotg kernel backported a lot of changes for the stmmac
  driver, the general 5.15 kernel isn't likely to hit this error.

[Test Plan]
* Intel has tested the patch, and it prevented the error.

* We will be creating a new server image with this patch, as well
  other changes, and will run a QA cycle on it.

[Where problems could occur]
* With how targetted this change is, there is not a big risk of
  regressions.  The situations that would hit this code change
  currently fail.
