[SRU][OEM-5.17][PATCH 0/2] DP tunneling fixes for OEM-5.17

This adds the two missing commits for fixing DP tunneling to Thunderbolt
monitors into OEM 5.17 that were discussed and accepted for OEM-5.14 and
Jammy-5.15.

The first commit should also be coming from stable.
The second commit is SAUCE due to timing as mentionen in
OEM-5.14/Jammy-5.15 submission.
