Hi Stefan,

It's due to timing.  It is on it's way upstream, but it just hasn't 
landed yet.  The maintainer has been OOO for the month of July and 
already sent out the PR for 5.20 content much earlier. So consequently 
this is unlikely to be accepted it until 5.21.  This is needed to 
support DP tunneling use cases (docking or connected to TBT monitor) 
across a reboot or cold boot cycle on any RMB platforms.
