[SRU][PULL V2][linux-firmware][Focal] system hangs when HDMI external monitor involved on AMD Yellow Carp platforms

[Impact]

Some AMD Yellow Carp platforms might hang on external monitor being connected
to/disconnected from built-in HDMI port.

[Fix]

This can be fixed by DMCUB firmware update in upstream commit fcf9d8ca2d5e
("amdgpu: update yellow carp DMCUB firmware").

[Test Case]

Connect an external monitor via HDMI to the built-in HDMI port.

[Where problems could occur]

Firmware update, little knowledge to what was actually fixed.

[Other Info]

This affects AMD Yellow Carp platforms, so Focal (for oem-5.14) and Jammy
are nominated. Kinetic is not branched yet, but it should receive this fix
automatically as it's already in upstream main branch.
