[Impact]

On AMD Rembrandt platforms, DMCUB may hang upon a PSR set-version
command is being sent with version equals to PSR_VERSION_UNSUPPORTED.

[Fix]

Upstream commit
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=1210b17dd4ece454d68a9283f391e3b036aeb010
fixed this issue.

[Test Case]

The symptom are below:
1. The boot process takes more longer than what we usually do
2. After the boot is completed, the touchpad/mouse is almost frozen

So apply the patch and observe if above is still reproducible.

[Where problems could occur]

Trivial fix.

[Other Info]

While this can only be reproduced on v5.17+, only unstable & oem-5.17
are nominated for fix.
