Addendum: A new SRU cycle started...

It should be known that the Focal linux-hwe-5.13 kernel has not yet reached
proposed and will most likely be available by tomorrow (April 5th) for
testing.

Also please note that the current cycle has been extended by one week due
to security respins in the previous cycle.
