[Impact]
Intel I225-IT ethernet controller: igc: probe of 0000:02:00.0 failed
with error -1.
[Fix]
Two commits from v5.15-rc1 that removed pointless checking for _I_PHY_ID
and phy->type.
[Test Case]
I225-IT Ethernet (8086:0d9f) should be up and running. Check with `ip
link`.
[Where problems could occur]
According to Intel, this adapter should having only one PHY vendor and
type that makes those checkings redundant and error causing.
[Other Info]
While this has been included in v5.15-rc1 and newer, it's not norminated
for unstable.
