This looks like a pretty big backport... All the patches look
reasonable, but the risk is to make amdgpu really hard to maintain if we
need to apply stable updates / security fixes.
So, I'd like to better understand the motivation of this backport. If
this is a requirement for OEM-5.14 what would be the downside of
maintaining this only in the OEM-5.14 tree?
