[Impact]
AMD requested to add a new ID for wireless button support.

[Fix]
Add a new ID to hp-wireless.

[Test]
We don't have any hardware that requires the ID yet. So it's only
compile tested.

[Where problems could occur]
The ID "AMDI0051" isn't used by any other driver, so I can't think of
any regression this will cause.
