[Unstable][PATCH 0/2] Remove 'previous' component from ABI path

A previous patchset changed the ABI path from a 'versioned' directory name
to <DEBIAN>/abi/previous/. This patchset now drops the 'previous' component
so that the ABI path is finally what it's supposed to be: <DEBIAN>/abi/.
