Reminder -- Hirsute kernel freeze is Apr 8

The kernel freeze for Ubuntu 21.04 is coming up in a little more than a
week. Any changes required in the hirsute kernel at release need to be
submitted to the mailing list before Apr 8. After this date all changes
will be subject to SRU policy and are likely to be deferred to a
post-release update.
