APPLIED/Cmnt (hirsute/5.11): [SRU][H/G/OEM-5.10][PATCH v2 0/6] power off stress test will hang on the TGL machines

The whole patch set is already applied to hirsute/5.11, but I haven't
seen the "APPLIED" email, so sending it now.
