ACK/Cmnt: [SRU][X/B/F/G] Update annotations and fix errors

Applied and built on X/B/F/G. I hope you were able to script most of 
these changes. They look quite tedious.

I did notice some moaning from the Xenial reconstruct script, but its 
likely been there forever and isn't the result of this patch:

chmod: cannot access 'Documentation/mic/mpssd/micctrl': No such file or
