[Hirsute][PATCH 0/2] Enable Tegra support in arm64 for NVIDIA Jetson

Enable CONFIG_ARCH_TEGRA and all Tegra SOC's in the Hirsute arm64/generic
build and add suitable modules to the linux-modules inclusion list.
(Support for 32-bit Tegra SOC's is already enabled in armhf/generic).

This enablement has been tested on an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier*.

I suggest sorting generic.inclusion-list before committing the
[Packaging] patch, and/or even squashing these two patches.

on this platform.
