[Impact]
Improve SQL performance with some workloads on XFS file systems.

[Test Case]
SQLIOSIM was used to test performance gains from the 4.15 GA kernel.
Performance improvements were found to be satisfactory.

[Potential regression]
These are changes to file system code. Potential regressions include
reduced performance in some cases and data corruption. SQLIOSIM testing
exhibited no regressions.
