The PXE installer requires some features available in order to run.

* CONFIG_ISO9660_FS=m
* CONFIG_BCACHE=m
* enable zfs

== Risk of Regression ==
Low. These features are also enabled in the generic kernel for arm64, and
has been tested on the target platform.
