[SRU][linux-firmware][PULL][F] Add iwlwifi firmware rev -59

Yes, before this iwlwifi-QuZ-a0-jf-b0-59.ucode firmware, the firmware
crash happens to the XPS 13 TGL with AX201 in the certification pool
With the iwlwifi-QuZ-a0-jf-b0-59.ucode firmware, that firmware crash
issue does not happen to 5.10.0-1037-oem [1].
