[SRU][F oracle-5.11][PATCH 0/1] UBUNTU: [Config]: Revert "UBUNTU: [Config] disable AUFS (second time)"

SRU Justification:

[Impact]

* Several Focal v5.11 edge kernels are missing AUFS.
* This is a regression against previous Focal kernels (v5.4 and v5.8)
  because it is expected to support same set of features on v5.11.

[Fix]

* Revert the commit dropping the AUFS from local-mangle.
* This brings local-mangle closer to the one in focal/hwe-5.11.

[Test Plan]

AUTOTEST_PATH=$HOME/autotest sudo -E autotest/client/autotest-local \
  --verbose autotest/client/tests/ubuntu_aufs_smoke_test/control

[Where problems could occur]

* Mounting AUFS file system could succeed introducing a variety of
  failures due to bugs in AUFS.
