As further regressions have surfaced in testing we decided to extend the 
duration of this cycle to 4 weeks. The new planned release date is Jul-19.

For Focal and Bionic (5.4 and 4.15 based kernels) it was found that a change to 
the /proc interface (at least without further follow-up changes) is causing a 
regression for an LXC use-case (might have further impact). So for now we would 
revert that change and replace all affected kernels.
