Virtualisation doesnt work

Hi I have a problem. I need a laptop for development and i need to use virtual machines.
I have asus s14 m433ia eb0067 
Ryzen 5 4500u
Radeon vega 6 
Kernel 5.10.17 
Ubuntu 20.04.2.0
Latest bios 305 
So the problem is quemu-kvm VM ware Virtualbox or xen doesn't work correctly. It works very baggy, with extremely slow graphics and animations etc.
And there is no some errors in journal.
So i tried to fix it 
- latest firmware ( doesnt help)
- latest and lts kernels headers modules and zen kernels (doesnt help)
- different distro (arch ubuntu gentoo redhat doesnt help)
- beta versions virtual tools ( doesnt help)
I decided to write asus support and they recommend to update bios but latest version installed allready.  So can u help me? I have same 4 models laptop at company where i working and the all laptops have the same problems.
