[SRU][F:linux-bluefield][PATCH 0/2] CT state not reset when packet redirected to different port

CT state was not reseted when packet is redirected to different port, thus
making it possible to match rules with wrong ct state on the other port.

The sauce fix was not perfect, so revert it and replace by upstream fix
to catch all cases correctly.
