The focal:linux-oracle master-next branch has already advanced with
the current cycle's crank which applied some config changes on top of
the commit above. I tried to apply your pull-request anyway but I had
some conflicts, could you please refresh your patches?

I see some patches like the above which were cherry-picked/backported from
"https://github.com/AmpereComputing/ampere-centos-kernel/". They need to
be tagged as "UBUNTU: SAUCE:" as they don't come from upstream/mainline.

The 'Start new release' commit don't need to be in the pull-request. It would
actually be better not to have it, we can create it when cranking the kernel
and would make the pull-request smaller and easier to review.
