APPLIED[F]: [SRU] [F] [PATCH 0/1] Fix non-working NVMe after S3

Appending the [F] after applied to help avoid condusion. William, I see
you left only the '[F]' in subject line, though I worry that may get
missed. For future applied emails, if a patch doesn't get applied to all
the targeted series, add the series it was applied to directly after
'APPLIED'. i.e.: APPLIED[F]: [SRU]....
