[PATCH 0/1 G/H][SRU][generic/aws/azure/gcp/oracle][Linux] Update the NVIDIA 455 driver

Update the NVIDIA 455 driver and drop the 435 series.

The patch applies to all the listed flavours.

This will require updating the dkms-versions file when
cranking.
