This pull request (2 commits) includes the following Focal stable patchset:

	Focal update: v5.4.38 upstream stable release
	https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1876767

	Note: v5.4.38 itself consisted of a single revert (never committed to
	Ubuntu focal) from v5.4.37, hence this version-numbers-only pull req.

Note also that the 'stable-next' branch head contains this and all other pending
upstream stable releases:
