Hi,

Here are hisilicon driver updates for ethernet and scsi. All patches
clean cherry-picked from upstream and tested.

  PCI/DPC: Add "pcie_ports=dpc-native" to allow DPC without AER control (2020-03-30 22:07:22 -0400)
